Hingwadi Taila, an exquisite Ayurvedic concoction, blends traditional herbs like hingu, kasisa, and ashwagandha with sarshapa taila, targeting menstrual discomfort at its root. Suggested Use:
Hingwadi Taila is recommended orally, 5ml twice daily before food with cow’s milk, starting from the 5th day of the menstrual cycle for three consecutive cycles, for optimal effects on dysmenorrhea and menstrual regulation.
External Application :
1- Apply a thin layer of this oil on stomach
2-Alternatively for effective results, the patient is advised to empty the bladder, then lie in the lithotomy position for the application of Hingwadi Taila via a sterile tampon (pichu) inserted into the vagina. The pichu ( made of steriled cotton gauge) should be removed after 3-4 hours or upon the urge to urinate, following sterile precautions to maintain hygiene and ensure safety throughout the treatment process.
